I have 2 kids in elementary school that are learning to read and I try to encourage that at home. Knowonder sounds like an excellent idea. I hope it is successful.

I am so excited about this publication!! I just happened across a copy while getting my daughter's haircut. I had no idea what a gem I had discovered! My daughter's first grade teacher has asked that we read 20 minutes a night with our children (which I must admit your 20 minutes of reading article was EXACTLY the motivation I needed to make it happen. I forwarded it on to the teacher to share with all her parents!), and knowonder! means we have a brand new, fun story waiting for us each night to look forward to. My girls especially love rating them. I think that is a clever way to encourage them to really listen and ponder the story. Thank you for making such a wonderful tool for parents, that's FREE even! I'll definately be sharing it with all my mom friends!
